- How do I find out my account balance?
- Log in to your account; Under account review - click on "Account Inquiry", Change the Month and Year to the period you want your balance through; click Go.
- How do I pay with a credit card?
- Call your local branch - they can take your payment information over the phone and even save payment methods if you'd like. Reminder - no cash discount is allowed when paying by credit card.
- How do I get an invoice and/or statement copy?
- Log in to your account.
If you know the invoice number: Under account review - click on "Order
Search"; Type in the specific invoice number - LEAVE OFF THE GENERATION NUMBER.
(i.e. Don't do this - S4444444.001 Do this - S4444444).
